Are there any highschool basketball fans out there? (I know this is football country). We've gone to a couple of games now, and I have to say, I'm kinda liking it. I'll admit it isn't up there with football, but sitting inside out of the weather to watch a game isn't a bad deal.
I know its because I've never paid attention before, but I didn't realize all the teams for a school play when they meet, JV, Varsity, Boys and Girls. Makes for a marathon event if you go for all of them, and the benches do get harder as the night wears on.
Last night, we watched the PCS Varsity Girls and Boys games. After the second time doing this, I have to say I think I enjoyed watching the girls game more, only because they seemed to play with more intensity, bordering on ferocity, than the boys team, for both schools. Anyone else think this?
