Hub Fins swim team?

Does anyone know anything about the Hub Fins swim team?

We took our daughters to a birthday party a few weeks ago at the YMCA. They got to swim and have fun. Someone told us they were going to build another pool, a bigger one, so the Hub Fins could have more room to swim, etc.

My wife asked my oldest daughter if she'd like to join a swim team, and of course, my kid said yes. She's 8 y.o. and swims like a fish, so I want to contribute to any kind of healthy living I can to her. I'm already trying to get her to run with me.

I was in it years ago. It's great that kids learn the right way to perform a stroke, and keeps them focused on a task when swimming rather than if they can dunk their brothers or sisters.

Both my daughters did it for a while when they were 5 and 6,7,8. The youngest was really young, and wouldn't get in the pool. The oldest did it for those years. She didn't get the competitive aspect of it, though, and always swam like it was a Sunday drive/swim thing! Good program, though.
