The old rule about booster seats was 4 years and 40 pounds. Now it is like 6 years old, 57 inches tall and some weight restriction. Starts tomorrow. My 4 almost 5 year old is not happy about this.

I wouldn't be either. I got a girl cousin that would have been borderline all the way into her senior year of high school. Some of these things make no sense whatsoever.

If you will notice, you did not see anything about adding seat belts to public school buses.

I went on that rampage years ago.........They say the seats protect them.......I was like, not on all of the bus wrecks I worked when I was on the ambulances. If you require it in POVs you should require it in municipal vehicles as well!
