I put the goldfish pond on the south side of the house and it filled with green algae and tadpoles.....what's up with that?

Get you some of those algae eating fish, like you put in an aquarium. They got the sucker mouth's on them, I can't remember their name.

RT, all I have observed is that tadpoles always show up in the shallowest and hottest water for some reason.
I am just betting they are there because there are no natural predators for them in the pond.
Come on BassCatter, I know you know.

Need to move the water too.
A little aerator works good,or we can add a waterfall.
We can catch some suckers out of the creek.

Those aerators do work well. I have a buddy that built a pond next to his house and it looked pretty bad. I was by there the other day and they had put one of those aerator fountains in it and the water finally looks great!
Man, it looked so clean and cool it made me want to go bail off into it.
