Pooker, I use powdered Carnation Malted Milk in mine and sometimes a raw egg, along with the ice cream, banana and a little milk.

Flaying is the art of torture used by the Sumerians in that they pealed the skin off their living victims, prisoners of war. In this particular ghouly way of getting their jollies they would suspend the victim from a rope, feet up and head down to keep the blood to the victims brain in order to make sure they stayed conscious for all the fun and festivities and did not pass out, thereby missing out on any of their pain.

I thought of flaying as in pealing a banana, aka flaying, making a banana shake. I know, I have my darker moments.
