Biodegradable coffins - bodies decaying back to the earth for recycling!

Now this takes recycling to another level. I just don't quite know what to say about this one.

Wood and the partical board coffins are biodegradable......the problem is most cemetaries require vaults that slow or stop the process in wood and partical board coffin decay.

As John Lee Hooker said, "I don't need no land. Just bury me... on the deep blue sea..."

Why not??? It's a done deal by then anyway. People borrowing money to bury loved ones in style drives me nuts.

Its one of my rituals everyone has them, I want my loved ones to rest. Plus I saw so many freaky movies about people still being alive when they are dead you now not like really alive but they know they are dead even after they are dead they just don't move. Those movies have always freaked me out and somewhere I think its real so I do not want to deteriorate with the eart. Noo siree.

No disrespect meant whatsoever. I have much respect for the dying and dead. I have a great faith in a life after this one, spending a mint burying this old body isn't going to change or save anything and is only meaningful to the survivors of the person who has "gone on".. A good memorial, with people saying I did nice things for others and a good water tight casket so as not to pollute the surrounding environment is good enough for me.
