Can you turn it around on ebay?

I dunno I have never seen vbulletin sold on there, I think it might violate TOS since jelsoft has to actually make the transfer of rights to a new user. I guess that would be seen as a transaction outside of ebay not sure though.

I always wanted a forum in Sumrall and the surrounding community's, how long is it good for?

It is good forever, vbulletin has two types of licenses

leased - good for a year
owned good for ever

Since they do offer great support and they are on a plan of a new release every month , which is more or less for consistancy. They charge a 40 a year "renewal fee" , this entitles you to free upgrades when they release them. You still get the support I am pretty sure.

One of them is good until july I just renewed today, the other is good until the end of may so still pretty new also. Renewal is also something I have seen people not do, the guy I bought vbulletin from didnt renew it in 2 years and also there is alot of big forums I now that still run on older versions of vbulletin.

edit- Also nice forum ;) . If you are really serious about it though, I suggest finding your own hosting company as free hosts like that generally do not allow you do dl the mysql database. What this means is if you ever got to big for free hosting you would lose all members and posts if you wanted to move. I know there is one free company out there that will give you the mysql databases but I cannot remember their name and are probably a few others. Regardless it is not to expensive, I spend 5 bucks a month for hosting and get 5 gigs of space and 20 gigs of bandwidth, which I am nowhere near using up.

Well there is a lot too learn when hosting your own site. This forum was self was easy!

Oh and I meant to finish, but I had to run get GrandD from camp, was the reason I shyed away from announcing/opening it up it was due to the fussing I had seen on other forums. I would probably shut the doors and tell everyone to go to the rooms and don't come back out till you are in a better mood! Judt Not sure I could handle it correctly! But I'll think about it.

The support usually come in way of vbulletin forums from what I have seen, go to forum post ??'s, wait for answer, pretty much like here, there, and everywhere, even Dell is that way too. LOL

Yeah lol, they have a support ticket system. Really its pretty straight forward, they have phone support and stuff but its outrageous. Its not hard to setup, real simple alot of hosting companies will walk you threw it or install it for you just to have your business.
