This place just opened in the old restaurant next to Connie's Cones at the intersection of Old Hwy 11 and Old Hwy 24 in Oak Grove.

Food was very tasty, and they give you a very generous portion, which is good, since they're a little more expensive than a place like Subway. I had a 6" meatball sub, which was LOADED, with fries and a drink for $7.14. (you get all the refills you want on your drink).

The owner was friendly and attentive...he did come out and speak to us to make sure we liked the food and thank us for trying his place.

They have a lot of stuff on their menu....I need to go back and try a few other things, like the Buffalo Chicken Sub and onion rings. Another big plus for this place is it's close...once you get south of the high school, there aren't any places to eat until you get to Purvis.

Hope he's around for awhile.

Pa, that's about the same price you'd pay at Subway or any other sub place these days. ;)

Yeah, I guess your right. I had their $5.00 deal stuck in my head. But yeah, if you're ordering off Subway's regular menu, you're right.
