STARKVILLE – Three Mississippi State football players, who the school announced have been readmitted to the university, each pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of obstructing an arrest.
The pleas of starting cornerback Anthony Johnson, reserve linebacker Jamon Hughes and reserve defensive tackle Rodney Prince stem from the March 27 on-campus shooting that resulted in the arrest of defensive lineman Quinton Wesley and all-Southeastern Conference offensive lineman Mike Brown.

"An indirect role in the shooting"
What does that mean?

Worse, is that it's becoming common to hear that college football players have been arrested and charged.

These guys don't seem to realize the gift they've been given with their talents, or they wouldn't throw it away like this. Reminds me of Michael and Marcus Vick.

Instead they mistake their gifts as entitlement, and means to excuse their bad behavior.
