yeah... you dont have to but they provide it as a mechanism for getting down

the game does a damn good job of explaining everything in terms of how and why everything works and how it pans out

like...you dont randomly find map pieces...you have to climb to a tower and survey the land to get the map..

stuff like that...its really cool

A buddy of mine here at work tells me about it every morning. He's playing in on the PS3 which I don't have and the PC version hasn't been released yet. I just read there is a version coming to the D.S. next month.

get a 360 if you can...its seriously the best console between ps2 and 360

teh wii is great but it has its place...its a party machine

I kinda disagree. The Wii is more than just a party machine. There are some really great games on there for single player. However, it does stand out as the party machine.

I've been kicking back and forth between a 360 and a PS3. I'm leaning towards PS3 now that the price has dropped on them.

ive got a 360 and a wii

i play the crap out of my wii dont get me wrong... and there are a few good deep games for it...ie the nintendo stuff like zelda, metroid and mario

and i really enjoy the wii....and the games....

and it IS my fav of the 3 consoles....

but for controller based gaming...and online gaming which is what my fav is...the 360 is the way to go

I wish they made Assassin's Creed for Wii.
