Tropical Storm Edouard formed in the Gulf of Mexico on Sunday, threatening to parallel Louisiana's coast while heading toward Texas, the National Hurricane Center said.

Entergy is already sending its Mississippi crews over there. Their system is weak in that part of Louisiana and Texas and does not take much to put them in the dark.

It was moving pretty good and we were sure it would be out of here by in the morning,but it has slowed down a little.
Windy,rainy and some weird looking clouds.A few water-spouts.
