Pooker added a Google search bar. It's right underneath the ads up top.
I found a Mississippi gas prices link and I just had to add it.
It's down at the bottom by the Google ads.
TKP has been doing an outstanding job with the arcade and he has put some really good games in there.
Hang in there with us,we are slowly but surely getting this thing in shape.
Thanks for everybody's help and patience.

We are open to suggestions.

I didn't see it either, Honey, but I just assumed it was done after I logged on and I would have to log off and then back on to see it..........but maybe it's not there yet........

I am really liking the Google search engine on top, the gas price tag on bottom along with the "Monk" program advertising.
We getting real big time. Kinda snazy.
Y'all will see the new url take place in a day or so. Don't think it's gone crazy, just save it to your favorites or however you have this url set up.
Both will continue to work.

Don't know if you have noticed it but there has been a little site clean-up taking place.
All the Music things have been moved to The Studio.
The other adaptation following that is Books and Movies Reviews as a stand-alone.
DIY Home Projects has been created as a sub-forum in The Back Porch and all the DIY type threads have been extracted from other areas where they almost didn't make sense or follow topic and are in there now.
Prepare for some really good DIY projects coming and don't miss Car Sales Guy does DIY. I bout fell out of my chair when I went back and reread some of his posts especially when him and BC attacked the bricks with the BAH. (Big A$$ Hammer)
Girls, that is a man secret you are being given this morning, BAH.
You can also in your garden house have BAN, (Big A$$ Nails). I've got some and they are for sure BAN. Matter of fact on the bag I took a black magic marker and wrote BAN.
Gotta love some man toys.

* A herd of DIY sites was added this morning to the DIY section. They are all set up as "Sticky" threads meaning they will be the first thing you see at the top of the sub-forum when you open it.
Somebody will ask why make each one a Sticky. The answer is that VBulletin has loads of great features but does not have a simple way of providing a table of contents.
When you want something like that, a sort of table of contents to find quickly and not get lost in the shuffle, you make it a Sticky in it's own thread, that way it remains unto itself and easy to find and access.

My hubby is currently doing a DIY project up under the house, and let me tell you -- HE AIN'T A HAPPY CAMPER!! Rotten wood on the floor beside the bathtub. It's a DIY only to keep from having to pay someone!

I know what you mean. If it doesn't jiggle and have a wrinkle or two I have little use for it.

Look in your upper address bar, you will see something new.
It might require a cache clear.

Point to it. Address bar? Is that the task bar? Or the box with my name?

In the upper address bar, where it tells you what internet site you are at, it now says www.MississippiForums.org

We have finally escaped and are not the other place anymore.

Guru, I thought that was maybe what you were talking about, but mine still isn't showing that. I did open a new window and type it in and it came up though.

Thanks for 'splainin'! :)

Cleared my cache before I posted previously.

Checked a PM before I came to this post. And yes, you know I like to gamble! It's more fun with real money but I'm much more daring with doubloons! Thank you for enabling me!!! :D

Okay, now I'm in the new window that does say mississippiforums.org. Let's see if it stays on that after I post this. Cross your fingers. Not that it really matters to me...I know how to get here and that's what counts. :)

Stayed with the new addy. :)
