STARKVILLE — Antonio Hargro, a former Mississippi State football player who pleaded guilty to multiple felony charges, has been ordered to jail for 20 years.
Hargro, who played wide receiver for the Bulldogs from 2000 to 2003, was accused of charges that included armed robbery and aggravated assault in connection with an October 2007 home invasion.
He was the fourth and final suspect charged in the incident after he had eluded authorities for more than a month.
The judge also ordered Hargro to pay a $500 fine and all court costs associated with the case.
