MADISON - The owner of six North Place Reserve lots in Madison will have to pay a hefty fine after city crews were forced to cut unkept grass on the property recently.
The Mayor and Board of Aldermen levied a maximum fine of $1,500 for each lot after voting to take action on the property Tuesday.
