MSNBC is reporting a new bin-Laden video appears on Islamic web sites entitled "The Way to Foil Conspiracies, On Iraq and the Islamic State."

Osama bin Laden warned Iraq's Sunni Arabs against joining tribal councils fighting al-Qaida or participating in any unity government in a new audiotape posted on the Web on Saturday.
"The most evil of the traitors are those who trade away their religion for the sake of their mortal life," bin Laden said in the tape.
He denounced Abdul-Sattar Abu Risha, the leader of the Anbar Awakening Council, a tribal force fighting al-Qaida in western Iraq, who was killed in a bombing in September.

I see these everytime a new one comes out. It's always posted first on some Islamic jihadist website. My thing is, surely spec-ops knows of this website, and thusly has people that can 'hack' it and trace those who frequent it. If anything, they can trace to the connection that posted such, monitor it, and eventually catch those who are doing it. But, they may not want too, just so they can continue to receive videos from bin Laden. That's just me thinking out loud.
