He does look like Howdy Doodie and also the guy on Mad Magazine, but he seems to be trying real hard. I mean he got a rattle trap mouff on him. He gets into it all excited like.

I haven't even noticed what he looks like, I'm too busy trying to keep up with what he's trying to say. Hawkeye is right, he's got a motor mouth.
