Looking for a roommate

If anyone knows of an apartment or house or trailor with someone trying to rent please let me know. I have went to a few people just from USM posters etc and noone really seems to be people I think I could room with. I dont mind sharing with a bunch of people

Musts -

- I like to have fun but not really big into partying and people that do hardcore drugs lol (dont ask ) .
- Prefer a quiet time that we have
- I would like serious roomates

Preferences but not musts -

- I would prefer older students, I dont mind rooming with someone in late teens early 20's its just the experience I have thats why I say this is just a preference. -.-


Price range -
Looking for around 300 a month, not really looking for anything fancy. There was someone selling an eagles trails lease to take over for 400 a month which is really nice but thats the whole point of rooming with other people is to save money. I dont need pools and fitness centers (not saying I dont want it but you know lol :D )

When would I like to move in ?

Preferably this month depending on what payment scheme we set up, I.E. the day I move in is when I pay for my first month then the same day next month. If that doesnt work I can just wait till October.


What is Pooker like?

I like playing games alot, I am really quiet (The opposite of my e-persona) , but generally if you dont see me staring at a wall I will be playing a video game/computer game. I am pretty easy going but love quiet time. I will most likely come in late at night from classes and I get up around 6-7 so that would leave my other roomates plenty of personal time I believe.

I regret not taking a room I was offered a while back for really cheap with some friends, I am sure I will find someone. I think its more exciting than scary, its really like a big stepping stone to doing things on my own. ;)

after i saw the post of sleeping in car/starbucks, i ran to starbucks on hardy to see if he was there. he was not. he was not a javawerks, or the starbucks @ target (closed)

i went to target, got more gas, and then went back by all those places. no sign of him...

Pooker, I have a place for you to stay until you get on your feet (maybe longer) if you think a 28 ft camper would be okay. No room mates, pets or noisy wild sloppy guests. Just keep it clean. I would ask only a little help with electricity and you could wash dishes or something to cover that.

I may have a better setup (studio cottage) coming available in the not too distant future which would fit into your $300 budget. PM, call or come by if interested.
