Hayworth is facing felony theft for allegedly stealing a car earlier Sunday afternoon. He is expected to be charged with either fleeing or evading arrest for leaving after deputies say he wrecked that car.

Hayworth now faces 2 counts of felony escape and 1 count of felony vandalism. Davis says Hayworth caused more than $500 worth of damage to a hospital bathroom at Fort Sanders Loudon.

They had court for the charges the preacher brought on to the two accesories yesterday. They were found not guilty. I believe mainly because the man that did the beating must have testified to the judge that it was all his doings and not theirs......So the saga continues.
