Well let's just hope this late in the year we might not have much problem from it. I know it is slight but the cooler temps lately do have a great effect on this.

the thing is, TeX and LoU don't even need a tropical storm. They are just beginning to dry a little.

From our company meteorologist......
Disturbance #53 has not moved much but the system is active with thunderstorms and appears better organized. Conditions appear favorable for strengthening if the system can move away from Hispaniola. Models (slide #2) continue to suggest a track northward with a possible landfall somewhere along the Northeast US Coast in 4-5 days.
• Disturbance #55 is still over land and no threat to strengthen.
• Disturbance #56 is still disorganized and moving toward a less favorable environment for strengthening.
• Still watching the possible strengthening of a cold front off the Southeast US Coast later this week. Small chance for this to develop into a weak tropical (or hybrid) system.

And I thought I was coming in to a thread that was about bear cams being up somewhere.
Stoopid tropical weather. Hmf!
