That's terrible. How do people sleep at night after they do something like this?

People are so danged cold! She will have to answer for her actions someday! We won't see or know it-but she will! You always get what you give. She's 65 years old, so, her time may be coming-wonder if her kids will take care of her? They'll do as they watched her do. UH-OH! Ha ha.

Abuse and neglect of vulnerable adults happens a lot more frequently than one would think, unfortunately it takes a freakin act of congress to get ANY one to do a proper investigation.

Having my dad in nursing homes for the last five years of his life was hell. I pray with all my heart that BabyBro and I will be able to take care of our mom.
The nursing home in New Orleans was the biggest nightmare. Twice my dad was seriously injured through negligence. One time the elevator stopped a little too high and when he rolled out, he pitched out of his chair face-first on the floor.
Being able to get him into hospice and bring him home for his last week was a blessing I can't describe.

Paquet brought a cashier’s check to the plea in order to pay the restitution and crime victim compensation.

Makes you wonder if she paid the restitution by doing the same thing to some other person in the past!
