We went as a family to see this. It was a Battle Royale getting an agreement from all children to see this, which only ended with a parental edict, and I only mention for reasons which I'll return to at the end of the post.
It was a really good movie, revolving around the legend of the Loch Ness monster. Enough fantasy and kid things going on to keep the youngsters and kid-wannabes entertained, and a good plot and plenty of humor for the adults.
I'd recommend it for anyone. Even the one upstart in my family that insisted on seeing National Treasure or she wasn't going to any movie at all, admitted she was glad we chose this one instead, and she amost NEVER admits she's wrong. :)
